a JavaScript port of the LAME MP3 encoder.

The preferred (un-minified) form of the source code is available from the
upstream repository above (npm package "lamejs", version 1.2.1). To replace
or modify the library, swap this file for your own build from that source —
nothing in this application depends on this specific build.
